Liquid filter bag materials include polyester and polypropylene. The needle-punched filtration material, produced with a unique fiber ratio, ensures consistent filtration accuracy, stable pore opening rate, and sufficient strength, resulting in stable filtration efficiency and extended service life of the filter bags. Special singeing treatment effectively prevents fiber shedding from contaminating the filtrate, while avoiding excessive pore blockage caused by traditional roller pressing, which shortens the bag's lifespan. All raw materials are in their natural color and have not undergone any special bleaching or dyeing processes, fully complying with national environmental protection requirements. Due to the three-dimensional filtration layer of the needle-punched felt, when liquid flows through the filter bag, particles are retained on the inner surface and deep within the bag through a deep-bed filtration mechanism. The unique structure enables the medium to achieve a particle retention rate of up to 99%.
